Naginata Togi Nib

A special tipped nib which resembles the Japanese Long Sword.
And "Naginata Togi" means "Long Sword".
The unique tip and special polishing (rounded tip end) allows the smoothest of writing stroke with distinct writing personality. It has amazing ink flow properties.
It allows to write in any writing angle and still remains smooth with light pressure.
Provides variable line width depending on the angle of the pen to the paper - the lower the angle, the broader the line.
This type of nib is available in three choices:
Medium Fine (NMF), Medium (NM) and Broad (NB).
Available in Rhodium Plating.

Naginata Concord Nib

This is a specially bent downward nib similar to a bird’s beak, produces smooth writing at any angle. The writing angle off of the paper changes the line width.
Holding the fountain pen at an upright angle will result in sharp and fine strokes.
Whilst on the reverse side of the nib, the fountain pen writes like the brush, gives you the brush strokes.
(Fine writing strokes in normal position and bold calligraphic strokes with use in upside-down position) 

Naginata Fude DE Mannen Nib

Sailor’s calligraphy nib has a special curved up nib that offers variation in
line thickness depending upon the angle that the nib is held to the paper hence giving the calligraphy strokes.
A more vertical angle, produces a narrow stroke whereas a shallow angle will give you the thicker line.
The Fude de Mannen nib is created from a Naginata togi nib with its tip bent upward, producing smooth writing at any angle.
Holding the pen upright produces bold. Bold calligraphic strokes in normal use depending upon writing angle off of the paper and finer strokes with use in the upside-down position.
As the reverse side of the nib, it can be use as a Concord nib when use.

Cross Point Nib

This is a double layered nib specially crafted and tipped by Mr Nagahara.
The nib is carefully slit and creates the ‘cross’ at the tip. The tip is then specially ground and polished to perfection.
Double layered nib with unique Cross point design on the tipping provides a variety of interesting writing strokes
The nib glides on the paper even when writing angle is twisted and it is suitable for bold writing strokes. Writing in normal position, the nib can achieve the double broad strokes, on the reverse position, it produce fine nib writing.

Cross Concord Nib

The nib is the combination of SAILOR Cross Point Nib and SAILOR Naginata Concord Nib.
So it has all the special features of both a Cross Point nib and a Naginata Concord nib.
A double layered nib with unique cross point design on the tipping provides broad calligraphic stroke in the upside-down position.
Incorporating the bird's beak and cross slits, the tipping is made possible by layering two pen tips as one.
Delivering sharp strokes yet delicate. On the reverse side of the nib, you will achieve bold strokes. This nib is perfectly designed for quick hand writing in a large demand of ink consumption.

Cross Music Nib

A Cross Music nib is the combination of SAILOR Cross Point nib and SAILOR Standard Music nib.
It has all the special featurers of both these two above nibs.
This is a double layered nib specially crafted and tipped by Mr. Nagahara.
The nib is carefully slit and creates the ‘cross’ at the tip. The tip is then specially ground and polished to perfection.
The tipping is made possible by layering two pen tips as one with the slit done in two directions onto a cross shape. Ink flow onto paper the moment it touches the surface even when the writing angle is not straight.
Double layered nib with unique Cross point design on the tipping provides a variety of interesting writing strokes; which brings character to your handwriting.
The nib glides on the paper even when writing angle is twisted and it is suitable for bold writing strokes. This Cross Music nib is even broader than the Cross Point nib. This is the "architect's nib" with a very narrow down-stroke and an extra-broad cross-stroke.
Writing in normal position, the nib can achieve the double bold and broad strokes as the calligraphy style. On the reverse position, it produce fine nib writing.

Emperor Nib

Addition of the solid gold Emperor tab over the top of the nib provides additional ink reservoir.
Emperor is a special feature created by the Sailor nib master, Mr. Nagahara. It is an overfeed system made possible by gold plated bar with a 14.34mm length and a width of 2.78mm. The gold plated bar with its tip curled like a butterfly’s mouth constantly reserve inks and delivers it to the nib  at all time. In short, the Emperor bar serve as secondary feeder for the fountain pen.

Sai-bi Togi SEF - Super Extra Fine Nib

The name Sai-bi means fine and beautiful writing in Japanese.
The finest nib ever created by SAILOR - Super extra fine SEF.
This nib is designed and crafted by Yukio Nagahara.
A total of 11 different processes are involved in the production including the use of a special microscope and projector system.
A needlepoint comes with a tool to clean paper fibers from the tip.
Available in Rhodium Plating.

King Eagle Nib

This is a hand-made triple layered nib with the joining of three nibs on top of one another by Mr. Nagahara.
The specially slit nib creates a 'double Cross' at the tip surface which is then ground and polished to perfection.
The nib has the ultimate in flexible writing. Depending on the angle of writing, this nib can write broad, double broad, and triple broad; in addition to fine to medium when reverse.
There is no tab affixed to this nib. When viewed from the side, this nib section looks like the Eagle Head. King Eagle nib is 26.70mm long and 10.2 mm wide (at the shoulders).
Ink flow is exceptional.

This special nib is only available for certain Bamboo fountain pens and King of Pens Series only.
This special nib is also only suited to longer pen barrels of a minimum length.

King Cobra Nib

Specially designed and engineered by Mr. Nagahara himself - this creation is made with two nibs joined together. The resulting tips are expertly ground and polished to shape –they resemble the Head and jaws of the Cobra snake.
This nib writes in a variety of extremely broad strokes (up to 6B) and is only suited to longer pen barrels of a minimum length.
It lays down a variety of very wet marks. Note that the extra tines are on the underside of this nib, unlike the rest of the cross and Eagle nibs.

King Eagle Emperor Nib

The nib is the combination and has both special features of SAILOR King Eagle nib and SAILOR Emperor nib.
